What wheel size is this?

Ok so I am a girl and need some guess's on what size tires/wheels these are as well as what size lift it has. I like this look I think. I don't know much about this stuff and I want to fix my stock TJ up a little with a good stance but nothing crazy. I will not be climbing rocks or mudding. I already have 33x10.5x17 tires.
Anyone a good guess?

I went on Discount Tire Direct and played with the look of 20s on a TJ like mine.

Well, that's a JK and I'm much more used to TJs (since this is a TJ forum), but if I had to guess that looks like 3-4" of lift.

Well I know those are mickey Thompson baja tires and I think they are 20" wheels and a 4" lift. But if I was you and your not going to be doing anything that requires a lot of clearance I would stay under a 4" lift and stick with the 33s but even under a 4" lift you can get a set of 35x12.50x20 tires for the stance you want. It all comes down to the wheel back spacing so it fits properly with no trimming.
