Wildman's TJ is getting a face lift

I don't know. Will have to wait until they get here.
If you're asking how much lift it's a 1 1/4" lift.

So I just cut ✂️ my old exhaust system off.

And this came out of the catalytic converter......o_O:cautious:

About a year before I parked the Jeep I had to have the cat replaced because it was clogged.

Is this stuff coming 👀 out of it mean that it was going bad?

Looks like you had a rodent in your tail pipe

Now I've got to get busy making my new wiring harness and tidy up all these wires and air lines for my air bags.

Engine and transmission are out..
It's a bitch when you only have one leg 🦵.
Sitting on jack stands so I can take off my parts.
Then it's getting given away to @tykesplace If he wants it.

This is why I'm going to make a new wiring harness for my engine. The original harness was made by someone else.

Now I know some have read the posts by @jjvw & @toximus when they have cycled their suspension.
I'll be the first to admit I "F"d up when I put this together the first time. I hope 🙏 to correct a bunch of my mistakes this time around.

And this is only the start of the dirt I'll be getting off my rig.

Those of us who live where it's wet and play in wet environments have to deal with it.

Fuel tank is pulled..... forgot about that 7th bolt in the middle of the front mount.

Damn I hate 😒 mud.... of course that's until I see 👀 a spot I've got to go through that no one else has..

And again I thought I had checked clearance between the rear axle and the tank skid but I had to jack the Jeep up to get the tank out because it was pinned against the rear differential cover.
At full bump the cover was hitting the skid bad.

Hopefully my telling you my mistakes will help others out.

Imagine all the finicky things like grill/Antirock arm interferences you'll be able to make yourself aware of! :)

My bad I thought the weld on mounts were part of the shipment. I'm considering those for my Jeep and couldn't find the metal thickness on their website. I'll contact TNT.

The weld on mounts are part of their kit. When I talked to them on Thursday they were waiting on some parts to arrive so it would be a few days before it was shipped. Since I'm not in a hurry I told them not to worry about it and just ship the kit when the parts came in.

Yep I've been watching your build thread and wondering why my tires didn't rub. We'll see when it starts going back together again. I've been looking at some 36" Swampers to replace my 38" ones. But we'll see once I get to that point. There isn't any point in me testing stuff now since it will all be different when I get the Savvy kit on.

Now try putting the full 3/4" thickness arm on there to try and stop the arms from bending and then realizing it's even closer to the grill.

And I have added width on my swaybar too with the locking mechanism for the SwayLoc.

Can't bend my arms.

Looks good, but yes, it looks like you might need a slightly more aggressive media next time. Like you said, learning process.

As you said it's a learning process.
Just turned up the air pressure from 80 psi to 120 psi and it is working a lot better.
120 psi is the max pressure that you are supposed to use. Going to look 👀 at the vacuum attachment they make for it also. Boy does it pressurize the cabinet at 120 psi.

Haven't gotten a lot done today other than little stuff. Got the shifter & shifter console removed plus the STaK's shifter. Started to take parts off the old transmission and engine. Had to come inside for a ZOOM doctors appointment. Crazy times we are in right now.

And I decided to order the Blast Cabinet Reclaimer Kit so once I get it had have it installed I'll let you know what I think.

I guess I shouldn't be too surprised by this......
Seals that haven't been lubed for 10 years are going to leak. 😳
The only question is do I reseal it 🤔 myself or send it back to PSC?
Thinking about leaving for them. Probably should send the ram in also.

Got all the steering linkage off with just the trackbar still on the axle. The bolt is sized in the bushing and I haven't been able to break it lose so far.

It was a cold & wet day out today but I'm still making headway. Tomorrow I'll drop the drivers side of the Nth Degree suspension. After that it's cutting off all the brackets I need to remove from the frame & axles.
