How’s it going, quick question. Trying to build a 4.0 to have as a spare for my 04 TJ. I picked up a good 115k mi. 4.0 block that was originally from a 99 XJ. I’m trying to find a head and found a 0331 “TUPY” head from a 04 TJ, would that head work?
** Side note: any guides or pointers would be greatly appreciated. Tackling this project via forums and YT and my first so just want to gain experience and knowledge most of all. **
Stupid Question: what type of heads work for that bottom ? Ik 4.0 are interchangeable and section models with certain models but how much versatile is the swapping of 4.0 parts ? And when building this XJ bottom, of course I’m looking for XJ parts, but can I also look for TJ parts ? Confused more than anything thanks for all
