Would adding a auxiliary cooling fan be a good idea?

so basiclaly just go to autozone or ohreily or dealership and get one there?
i was thinking of getting something bigger with more cooling potential
Most people suggest only Mopar or factory Jeep if you can find it. At a minimum you want the same style you have, they work the best.

I recommend you do it all so you don't have to worry about it.
I'd also do water pump, thermostat housing, fan clutch, heater hoses, and anything else listed at that link.
The only thing I would consider not doing is the heater core, as it is a huge PITA to do. Though it might be good to have on hand.
You answered your own question with which radiator to buy. 18 years is a good lifespan for a radiator.
Just make sure you get the right one, there are three styles, one for a standard transmission and two for the auto.

I agree with those saying to replace other components too if you can. Your weak spots may start to show. After replacing my radiator after if popped, the water pump blew out a few days later. Along with what you have got already, I'd add the water pump, the tube that comes off the water pump, heater hoses and radiator cap. Dorman brand makes a tube for the water pump.
I'd also recommend reusing the factory constant tension hose clamps, if you have them. I had the old style worm clamps for a couple years and every time the seasons changed from warm to colder, I'd have small leaks at the hoses. This past November I rebuilt my entire cooling system and went back to the constant tension clamps.

i ordered the water pump too
so i ordered the thermostat water pump rad lower and upper hoses and the seals
is there anything else i need to order.

I'd at least get heater hoses and the radiator cap. If your metal tube coming off the water pump is in good shape, not corroded, there should be no problem reusing it. I replaced mine since I had the pump off. I used a Dorman brand metal tube. I also cleaned off the paint and red-ish looking sealant that was on the threads and used Permatex high temp thread sealant on the threads (and on the temp sensor threads since I was changing it too) after reading about someone having cross threading problems when installing the metal tube as it is out of the package.
