It's my understanding is that it was $275 and now it's $350. At least if I am looking at the correct link on the Wranglerfix web site.

I'm sure @Wranglerfix can confirm. If it fixes the shifts on that transmission, it's likely worth it. I will likely send mine out this week.

No idea on the manual but for those of us with an auto I would definitely recommend it also he is alot of fun to talk to if you have the chance

Not really. The "performance tune" will not change performance enough to change the recommended gear ratio for a particular tire size.

As far as gear ratios, tire sizes and rpms are concerned, use this gear calculator rather than the chart:

When inputting tire size, use "rolling radius x 2" rather than the published tire diameter. The results will be more accurate.

Rolling radius is the distance between the center of the hub and the ground with the tire inflated to normal street pressure.

This is an anecdotal peripheral experience that relates to the gearing. My Jeep is on 35s with the 42rle and 5.38. That gearing is not deep enough. Recently, I added a supercharger with however much horsepower increase provided by it. Driveability is significantly better and makes the Jeep all the more delightful. Yet, I would still entertain the idea of 5.89, if the costs and risks involved were not as great as they are. Point being, WranglerFix is not squeezing out as much power as forced induction is.

From everything I have read about the WF 05-06 PCM, it is the changing of the shift points that will make the biggest impact. If this were available on the 03-04, I would pursue it immediately.
