I can't think of a single regular poster here with a bolt on 6" suspension lift.
Can't speak for the few extreme builds with 1 tons, coilovers and 40s, but by that point so much has changed that nothing is really comparable anymore.

Well maybe it’s time we start seeing those builds. Why not, it’s personal preferences right! Enjoy your Jeep the way you like it. Lift it as you wish. That’s the cool thing about our hobby. It would be so boring to have the same builds with the same mods, etc… I enjoy my Jeep with six inch lift. It’s right for me and I love it. Don’t get me wrong though I do enjoy reading your comments and suggestions otherwise I wouldn’t join a forum like this. Keep on Jeeping brotha!
One thing you may not have thought of on a 6" lift is it raises your TJ's center-of-gravity quite a bit, its higher COG could make the difference in flopping or rolling or not. 35" tires are the max supportable size for our axles, even with the Rubicon's Dana 44 axles, and all you need for 35's is a 4" plus a 1" body lift which gives a significantly lower COG.
Have you had the frame up on stands and drooped out the rear axle to see if the rear drivesahft still operates smoothly? Have you measured how much downtravel from ride height your shocks will allow?
There are certain parameters that go together to make a great handling, comfortable riding, vibration free TJ and they are difficult, if not impossible, to achieve with a 6" lift and a stock wheelbase. That's the reason that you'll find very few 6" suspension lifts here and those of us in that range of lift are getting there with a 4-4.5" suspension combined with a 1.25" body lift. It's not just because we prefer to install two different lifts.
This is a great place to come and ask questions - welcome to the forum. But sometimes that means getting answers that aren't what you want. Believe me I've gotten plenty.
But back on topic - the lift height is really somewhat irrelevant to this discussion because alignment specs for a 6" lift will be exactly the same as for a 4". There are some things like caster and toe that vary a little bit based on tire size, but your measurements are right where they should be. As I said before - if your alignment specs are good (which they are) and the axles are located correctly then the arm lengths are what they are and the measurements don't matter.
The feeling you describe still sounds like something loose in the steering.
You didn't by chance get an aftermarket crossover type steering setup, did you?
Your absolutely right, I have 35’s on Dana 44 front and rear. It feels ok on turns. COG is higher but doesn’t feel like tipping over. Plus I drive it like a Jeep not a corvette…..lol
Ok, I drive my TJ like a Jeep too but I've been flopped over on my side with 35's before with a 5.5" lift before I knew better. It never felt like it was going to tip over until it did. We're just trying to share some valid experiences and recommendations for you like not recommending a 6" lift for a TJ. And my several recommendations to at least check and adjust your toe-in as part of likely helping the steering issues you're having.

As said, CA length will be what it is. There’s no set length. Deal with it.
Tire pressure for 35’s is 24-26 for all daily driving.
I don’t know anyone with 6” lift on the forum. Doesn’t mean there isn’t, but I wouldn’t expect much.
Your alignment sheet is fine. Fix the steering.
I appreciate all your suggestions and input. Nevertheless, I know that there are TJs out there with six inch lifts, they just might not be on this forum which is just fine. Thank you again for all the Jeep wisdom that you continue to share with everyone. Much appreciated
6" suspension lifts on a TJ are extremely rare on the many Jeep forums I have participated in over the past 25 years. I can count them on perhaps two fingers. Like this or not, 6" lifts are not a good idea on a TJ.
Jerry, like it or not there are people out there like myself with 6” lifts. Get over the fact that most everyone has a 4”. It’s like most people drive Chevy. Who cares!
I appreciate your advice, but it seems like your trying to talk me into a four inch lift, which I won’t do. Not trying to poke the bear or anything else. Just having a discussion. Don’t take offense so quickly. You are a vip member here and all your input is appreciated. That said I will stay with 6” lift with all the issues you mentioned, I still like it.
