A lesson learned—keep it light and nimble!

Raised swaybar link mounts. Best to weld them on when the ball joints are out. Not anything better than the raised GR body frame side mounts.
Sorry, yes, I have the swaybar link mounts as well!

I know what you ordered, I just don't recall how many sets you ordered. There is a pair on each side in the pic I posted. I doubled them up.
Now I see it! I only ordered one set. Why the doubling?

The Spicer 2-4-8091X yoke came in for the HP30.At only $30, I caught a break on it. I ordered a second to go in the spare parts case. It was $31. Also ordered a couple Spicer 2-94-28x U Bolt Kits.

Yesterday, I received the steering damper and track bar reinforcement plate @mrblaine sent me. As usual, it's a simple but elegant solution to a chronic TJ/LJ problem, i.e. a cracked, distorted, or torn front track bar bracket. He also recommended Iron Rock lower control arm brackets. Those showed up as well and look like they mean business. One things for sure, I'll never have to worry about a torn or bent lower control arm bracket again!

It will likely be a few weeks before I can dig into the HP 30, but I'm looking forward to it. This will be the first time in almost 20 years that I've built an axle from a bare housing, so I'm anxious to get started. As always, thanks to everyone who continues to provide advice and support on my little 31" tire build. It seems a little strange, but I've had more fun, and learned a ton more, with this build than any other! (y)

When you do the lower mounts, you should break that out in a separate thread to help folks.

I am. You already did a set of knuckles for me, with the insert.
Do you only flip the driver‘s side? If the drag link gets flipped as well, that would necessitate altering the track bar attachments or pitman arm to maintain parallelism, right?

What heavy duty draglink did you plan on using that has an end that will invert?
No such plans. Just curious. I didn’t think of that, though. Does the tie rod flip also require a higher sway bar link attachment on the driver’s side?
