yesterday, I backed it out of the garage for the first time in a few weeks to crank it up & let it run for while whilst I did some outdoor cooking, had the girlfriend & her son & his buddy over for some 70 degree weather in March enjoyment.
Didn't even bother latching the hood, wasn't going anywhere

this was a whole wheat sourdough deep dish pesto pie, a 24 hour ferment/rise, blindfolded you'd never know it was whole wheat, the sourdough process is quite phenomenal. Sitting next to it is a standard bbq sammie

another couple weeks it'll be top down half doors season, really looking forward to that
