May very well be the same oil with label differences because of the market they’re being sold in. Both seem to be the High Performance Valvoline GL-5 85W-140 Gear Oil…
Also, in the link you attached, it looks like it is 235 Baht which is about $3 US cheaper per container than what I can buy it for right now. The price has went up 3x what it cost 2 years ago…

Know that your gears will run cooler when lubed with a conventional gear lube, and yes that is true. That is why gear manufacturers like Revolution Gear & Axle and Yukon and axle manufacturers like Currie and Dynatrac recommend conventional gear lubes.
For one example... "Recommended gear oil is an 80W-90 or 85W-140, Non-Synthetic, GL5 grade or Higher, Name Brand Oil." at https://www.revolutiongear.com/ring_and_pinion_break_procedure
Yes a synthetic will work in an existing axle but the gears will still run cooler with a conventional.
I have heard that but also have talked to lubrication engineers who say that’s BS. Who is right? I don’t have a clue.
If the company that makes your gears won’t warranty them with synthetic oil….then you probably should use conventional oil even if the company is wrong.
Either way, I personally only use synthetic gear oil in anything that requires gear oil. Is it better? Probably. Will it last just fine on conventional oil? No doubt.
I’ll keep using synthetic gear oil. But I really don’t care what other people use. Clean oil of the correct weight and chemical composition, changed at appropriate intervals is far more important than the type of oil (synthetic vs conventional) used.

a bit off topic.. but if I have a DANA 30 and M44 regarding the VIN, which lube lockers are the right ones?

probably found the answer myself. regarding some other forum post the DANA M44 on the jeep spec sheet is a DANA 44 and Jeep ads that M for no reason to confuse noobs like me
pulled the brightness up all the way in photoshop, and the housing form looks exactly like the LLR-D044 Lubelocker
