Way easier to hock up then trynna wire the factory efi system more power and semi more reliable and also a 350 with a carb sounds so much better then efi for some reason
Doing a stand alone harness for the Chevy TBI isn't hard at all and there is tons of documentation about it.
Now a V-8 sound over your I-6? Yes I can understand that but I can't ever understand the thought of a carburetor on a 4X4. On a street rig sure.

You'll break your Dana 35 about the first time you put your foot in the floor. And has been pointed out more than once even with the V-8 you'd still need to regear.
