70%…..Of (2003) 195hp is 100hp??
Gotta be common core math….lol
I was basing it off of what I know and the data I have which is wheel HP. The stock setup is around 150 wheel and 6 psi on a bone stock engine made 250. So, roughly 70%.

It’s lighter, about the same length, but taller, I believe. I’ve done a little bit of research into the area.

The 5 cyl has issues. How is the 6 cyl for reliability?

What boost calculator or combo out there nets 70% gains off of just 6psi ?? I cant find it.
The ones I use, even off RWHP being 150hp + 6psi = ~211rwhp (~<50% like Banks advertises) You will lose more thru 4WD also

Its also quite a stretch to say Banks grievously underrated their product by 20% when theyre in the business to sell HP. Call me crazy but…..
Dyno sheets and videos if you feel the need.
Banks used an old school now outdated turbo for their kit. The newer stuff is much more efficient and has almost no lag.

The video owner / seller responded saying just under 7psi. Cant tell what boost there is from the video, or any other mods
However, every calculator that works off boost mathematics shows ~10psi required. This is something Id literally have to see in person
Its hard to believe , but Im happy for those that have bought it, and Banks Power should be notified to comment

Engine was stock internally. It also had over 200k miles on it. The only other mod was a catback pipe. The video owner / seller responded saying just under 7psi. Cant tell what boost there is from the video, or any other mods

Banks doesn't care. From what I understand they were having a difficult time getting turbos, and instead of reworking the kit they dropped it from the product lineup.
Adding a turbo to a 4.0l vs an LS swap is about as far from an apples to apples comparison as you can get.
An LS is far superior.
