Use Libertarians and Constitutionalists interchangeably. "Conservatives" is the term that doesn't belong. Natural rights are natural rights. Once you start allowing governments to "manage them" to keep you safe it's over. The only variable is how long before it's over...
Conservatives, in the context of the "young conservative federation" is a group that has a better way to use government to control.... better is relative to their perspective.
The whole idea that someone who wants to do harm to someone else "following the law" is fatally flawed from the start. I'd do some searching into who's funding the "young conservative federation"...
