Obviously spare fluids should be carried on-trail, but do you guys also carry extra fluids on all your daily-drive routes?

Doesn't seem necessary unless you're daily drive is a long ways from civilization?
In my daily, no.
In my jeep, I think I have a partial qt of ps fluid and compressor oil. Otherwise, no, I don't carry extra fluid.

Quart of oil, quart of gear oil, small bottle of brake fluid, small can of WD-40, mechanics wipes, water. Two big heavy mil ziplock bags and several pig mats for spills.

Every one of my vehicles has a qt of oil, the automatics also have a qt of ATF. Each vehicle also has a few extra things like zip ties, small roll of electrical tape, a few rags, a small flashlight and paper map with compass. I've had instances that needed each item, that's why each vehicle has those items. I'd say the zip ties, tape and flashlight have been the most useful.

Yes. I carry 1 gallon of pre mixed coolant, 1 quart of oil, small containers of both DOT3 and DOT4, 1/2 pint of PS fluid, 1 quart of AT fluid, I can of silicone spray lube, and 1 flask of Emerald rye.
You could easily lose two of those containers since DOT3 and DOT 4 are compatible, and power steering and ATF are essentially interchangeable, unless you're using them at an alarming rate, no need to carry both ATF and PS.
. Also have a quart of oil.

Personally, I do currently carry a qt of engine oil, jug of coolant, and PS fluid. I have a manual so no ATF and don’t see the need to carry MTL.
However I am debating just taking them out mainly with the thought that since I keep up on maintenance and check fluid levels way more often than needed, I likely know about any loss of fluids and top up as needed before heading out and if necessary carry extra of that specific fluid, or if it’s bad enough I just won’t drive it until I get it repaired.
Also I just feel like it’s borderline pointless to just carry a quart of something. If levels are all good before heading out and you suddenly lose enough to actually know about it you’re probably going to need more than a quart.

Having a manual that qt of oil can be used in the engine, trans or gears. If you think one is pointless, carry two, but I promise, when you're out or really low for some reason, 1 is much better than none.
Unless you have PSC steering and that super rare expensive fluid.
Used to be gas stations and country stores would have fluids. I drove halfway across rural Washington looking for conventional gear oil.
I used to buy most of my fluids at Walmart but they shrank the auto aisles down to one...no point driving 30m into town to find out they don't have it...so I just order from Walmart online and get it delivered.
I'm driving a 27 year old vehicle and figure I'd best be prepared for everything.

I think I’m being convinced to continue carrying fluids haha.

I throw mine in a zip-lock freezer bag, then under a seat, or in the trunk/spare tire well.
This is what mine has. I don't know what is special about it, but I will continue to only use it out of caution.
