We have a massive hospital project in Ontario that will be finished in 3 years. It will be nearly 3M SF... they are telling us it will probably not open fully for a decade after it's finished because they have no one to staff it.. during COVID they all went to the US to actually make some money. But hey... let's still build a hospital that won't be used.

We did that in Alberta and are building them all over the place in BC too. None will be fully staffed upon completion.

I saw on the news a while back about the National Park Service expanding internet service to the great outdoors, and I wondered why anyone would want that. I guess this is the reason why.
