Recently picked up a Savvy 1.25" body lift on marketplace for a good deal then got to thinking about what will change after installing it. I realized that the sticks for the transfer case and transmission will "sink" into the body some and that could cause issues. This upgrade most likely won't happen for a bit since I want to do it right and still need a cable shifter and MML. Have there been any issues with doing a body lift without doing a tuck along with it? I don't have a Tcase drop so that isn't a factor. I plan to do the tuck eventually anyway but I'd rather do it right once than have to redo it later because I bought a cheaper, not as flat option. I'm not in a rush to get it done, but if it can be done without a tuck I'd be willing to buy the shifter and MML and knock it out in a day. If a tuck is required, I'll probably shelve the project for a while and slowly accumulate the parts I actually want.

no problem, that is how how mine is. smart to do the MML and cable shifter along with the body lift. I would recommend installing a steering bracket riser at some point too. I never did on mine but I should because I can see the boot rubbing on the firewall.

I may or may not read this forum a bit ;). Good to know though, I was hoping that was the case.

You'll gain 1.25" of tire clearance. 🤫 I've got one with no MML, steering bracket riser or cable shifter and everything works perfectly after only 8 years.
P.S. You should've gone with a BMB BL. ;)

That was my original plan, but when you find a new Savvy BL on marketplace for only $100 you can't pass up that offer.
