Well, looking at the symptoms on the thread it looked like the non starting issue was going to be the actuator, but upon disassembly it was fine. Any other thoughts? Turning the key to start has no affect. Battery is new, starter a few years old. Thanks for your input!

Sometimes, the ignition switch itself can be the culprit. You can test if it’s functioning properly by checking for continuity when the key is turned to the start position. That's probably where I'd start.
Double-check the fuses and relays related to the starting circuit. A blown fuse could be an easy fix that you might overlook.
Inspect the wiring and connections leading from the ignition to the starter. Look for any signs of wear, corrosion, or loose connections. Given the age of these vehicles, this is far more common than you'd think.
Even if the starter is a few years old, the solenoid could be faulty. It’s worth checking to see if it’s engaging when you turn the key.
The neutral safety switch is something I'd probably want to rule out as well!
