I can’t figure out what size tires to get for my TJ, currently it’s running on stock 15x7 rims, with 235/75/15R tires, I have a set of 15x8 rims for it. I just want the car to look a little beefier. I do need to be able to drive in Snow, that’s about it. What size tires should I get? It’s a fully stock 2.5 TJ, no lift, but I plan to do something in the future.

I would go with 30x9.50-15.
It was offered from the factory and shouldn't kill your 2.5.
Good combination of moderate looks and decent performance.

When I had my 97 2.5 TJ I ran 31s without a gear ratio change. Looked good but it suffered a bit on the hills. 30 is probably the better choice. Love my LJ but miss the little sport

When I bought my '97 2.5, it already had 34" TSLs on it with factory gears and it also suffered. On I-20 from LA>TX and basically flat I couldn't use 5th gear. I re geared to 4.88 and then it was fantastic.

I also 5th the 30" rec.
