Wow, lots of work ahead for you! It will be very rewarding though.

Are you set on the MC dual rate springs? A lot of folks will tell you that the lower spring rate sections are a gimmick because that they end up binding at ride height. Essentially, the softer sections end up acting like a big metal coil spacer

From the research I've done they seem to be a great coil, its too late now as they have been ordered but I think they will be great, lets hope!

Metalcloak makes good stuff so I wouldn't be too worried. I've never seen it in person, only heard of it from others so I couldn't say for sure.

Be careful on here, a lot of people will start spending your money for you!

Pay close attention to the rear and it's bump stop requirements. The MC 3.5" coils go solid at 6.5" between spring seats. You may need to add bump stop extension beyond the compressed shock requirements just to keep the springs safe.

that was actually a question of mine, any recommendations for bump stops? and if so how many inches? I know this is something you need to do with the axle at full compression but is there a ball park so i have the necessary parts on hand?

Buy a pair each of 3x3" and 2x3" Zone body lift pucks and some longer bolts. Cut the pucks to the length you need. Bolt the front extension to the axle pads. Add the rear extension above the cup.

The fronts will likely be determined by the tire scrubbing the outer fender sheet metal at full flex (ignore the flare). The rear will likely be determined by the compressed shock (or maybe the coil going solid).

Cycle the axles with a floor jack. No coils, no jounces, disconnect the sway bars.
