TJ feels like the rear end twists and loses balance

Hey Wrangler family!!

I need a little help my TJ has a 4 inch lift on it. I am not sure which brand it is but I am having issued with the way it drives and I think its because the lift kit. When I am driving the jeep sometimes feels like the rear twists and like it is losing balance. It is hard to explain in detail the issue. I am not sure if i need to purchase a new lift it. Any help would be great I appreciate it.

The rear upper control arms look suspect as far as rust, they look like they might be flexing.....

The pitman arm is creating bump steer which will cause the Jeep to jerk to the side when it hits a bump. Get a stock pitman arm in there and then reassess what it happening.

Frightening amount of rust covered up I bet. If it was mine...it power wash all that undercoating crap off of it so I could see how rust everything really is and go from there.

Maybe it's the camera angle...but one of the lower rear control arms bushing looks shot?? The bolt does not appear to be centered in the control arm end. Maybe just the camera though...

It smells like crap but I havent been driving it till I get the new exhaust put in.

Did you buy it with the undercoating like that? Usually nothing is sprayed on like that unless it's hiding something.

No, I had it at a body shop and for some reason they sprayed the undercoating that way. All over the place.

Not yet. Get the OEM pitman arm back on though.

Also...There are two hoses disconnected in the 4th picture down - axle breather and something else maybe? I can't tell. Plastic elbow on one of them.
