Rear crossmember cutting

I’m going to try to remove the muffler and exhaust so that is a non-issue, then flip it and see if it clears. If that doesn’t work, wait till the lockdown is over and take it to a press

Sometimes I wonder if the idiots who build this stuff ever worked on a rig. I’m sure @mrblaine could have words
To be fair, lots of places got a set of parts figured out that worked and worked well. Then we come along and start tweaking, poking, prodding, nip here, tuck there, move some shocks around and before long, all the little things have finally added up to where the old standard isn't as effective as it used to be.

Do you think the rise and fall of RE was along the same lines? Or was that attributed to marketing hype.

You mean the parts worked well together. I guess I get that.

That, and the limits of the platform got pushed further and further over time. Not everyone kept up with what is possible.

The integrity of the parts we can bolt on today to produce a well handling, well steering, well stopping rig is just pretty darn high.

That is the story of my entire build 99% of the time I dealt with a kit or premade product. Constantly fixing other people's mistakes...

Well, this is my fault for not researching this enough. I presumed JKS would work fine. I usually research to the Nth degree. I messed this part up.

The JKS trackbar won’t mount upside down without creating bind in the JJ.So, I’m off to find a hydraulic press.

The bind.
