Looking for cordless impact wrench suggestions

Don't. Same advice I give to all semi-serious folks who are just looking for something to get by. If you buy one M18 Fuel in something you use often, that starts you down a road there is no coming back from.
My neighbor/packaging guy is a retired carpenter. He sold off all his air stuff and big corded electric tools when he retired. He picked up a homeowner special Porter Cable 20 volt set up. It is at the lower end of okay for homeowner shit and he was kinda okay with it since he didn't use it much. He watched me using my Milwaukee stuff, he knows tools and was impressed. Asked me should he buy some and I told him the same. Don't start down that road. He ignored me. Now he has almost as many as I do and quite a few I don't. He likes lights and yard tools. I need a few lights and I hate yard work.
I'm pretty sure you ain't picking up what I'm putting down. Certain of it.
Based on what I've been reading since this response, I can tell that this is the way to go, with a M12 3/8".
I'm glad I asked first, because it's clear now that that M18 would be more power than I'd likely ever need.
Get the 3/8" impact in M18 Fuel. Add the 1/2" big boy tool only at a later date. Those 2 will do 99.9% of anything you want. If you get frisky, add the M12 Fuel right angle impact since it seriously kicks ass. Then get the M12 3/8" ratchet. If you find some money, get the 1/4" since it has a smaller head for tighter spots and has the same power as the 3/8".
Show me a picture of you owning the M12 Fuel anything and I'll give you the M12 Stubby since I hardly use it.
No, you want M18 Fuel only and M12 Fuel only in anything that matters. I'm telling not to do it right now. It doesn't stop.
It is a very important distinction since Milwaukee makes at least 3 levels of tool. Regular, brushless, and Fuel. They are not interchangeable.

No, at a later date, get the first one in 1/2". Get the second one first. When they show up with those shitty batteries, sell them on OfferUp and get some real batteries.
