I’m having issues getting my u joints in my axle ears on my new axle shafts. I can imagine I beat them in?!? These are the revolution axles with the 1350 u joints. They sent me 5-7166x spicer joints are they the right u joints?

5-7166x is a 1350 size u-joint, how are you trying to seat its bearing caps? Did you mark the caps so you get the bearing caps back at the same position on the trunnion that you pulled them off from? That's important due to the precise amount of grease needed at each position on their sealed series.

Measure the width between the yokes on the inside so I can compare that to stock and the 1350 width.

I can’t even get that u joint passed the ear. Haven’t even tried to seat the bearing caps considering that.

Are your shafts stamped FOOTE AXLE USA?

Anyone have a reference at revolution that I could get in touch with to get this straightened out. Can’t seem to get through to anybody.
