Yes - I personally do not recommend him.
Care to elaborate more..... he seems to have a great reputation for helping people with issues from what I've read. I've personally recommended him many times purely based off others reviews.

If your going to call him out and say he's not worth doing business with let us know why.... @Chris had no problem calling Dave (I don't know his username or I'd tag him) when his jeep sat idle at his shop with a fairly harsh public review.

I am sorry to hear that.

Thus far, all of my dealings with Mark Cantrell at @Wranglerfix have been cordial, professional, and he has kept his promises. I have no reason to believe that he would not honor his warranty should the need arise.

I’ve had my manual PCM from Mark for almost 6 months and only have two complaints, probably neither are on him:

1. the three times on/off doesn’t show the CELs anymore - but I have a reader so it’s mostly just an annoyance.
2. if my Jeep is outside overnight in the extreme cold I still get a CEL and limp mode for the CPS.

Ive still not diagnosed number 2 yet after chasing it for years even before buying this - so that complaint is really just a positive about the PCM still telling me things that are wrong and acting correctly to protect the engine.

However, my stalls that kept me off the trail for almost 8 weeks subsided with his PCM... so I’m still thrilled and would recommend others at least talk to him.

I made a mistake and went somewhere else before asking for help on this forum. I was told to call @ Wranglerfix. After a very nice conversation I spent the 1,100.00 . Perfect fix. I would do it again tomorrow if my other jeep went down. Thanks @Wranglerfix.

@5632 Let’s cut to the chase. What is the issue with me and/or my employees?

I believe you are the fellow that had an issue with programming and skim in your Jeep in mid-September of last year?? 🤔

(please be him, please be him!) 🍿

Everyone might have scared him off
Ive never understood why people act that way. I gave mark a call last year about what I thought to be a pcm issue (it wasnt) and was very polite and professional on the phone, I cant see why anyone would be rude. I think some people just say things because they can.
Without a doubt @Wranglerfix is the very first guy I would go to for a pcm issue

I am going to bight my lip now but be very careful and consider others when selecting Wranglerfix for a repairs.
You are and did not do that you passive aggressive twit. If you have something to say, spit it out, otherwise, do NOT post crap without the back story because without that, you're just stirring up shit for no fucking reason. What are you, a fucking Democrat?

They act that way because they are being an ass and then lying about being an ass. If you have an unresolved problem, get that shit out there and let's get it fixed. If you don't want to do that, crawl back in your hole and STFU. Whatever you do, sneaking around like a little bitch ain't gonna cut it.

Well, he's not the first guy I would go to but that doesn't change that I fully believe if you have an issue that is PCM related to something Wranglerfix did or didn't do, he will fully do everything within his abilities to make it right.

Exactly, some people feel the need to piss and moan about their problem and have the audacity to complain about the answer being not being crystal clear, get off your lazy ass, do your research/ask help and fix the issue. Don't just run your shit fingers all over the keyboards
