Man, IDK, it’s possible I could sell Red. Could sell White, or Khaki. I think I should keep Khaki though.

If you're gunna sell Red I see a BUNCH of parts either going on Ruby or Whitey. And yep I agree if you have to lose one then keep the Ruby and ditch one of the other two.

Since Whitey is low man on the totem pole I'd say it gets gone. Then the twins get Red and you have Ruby. Now of course if you can keep all 3 I am totally on board with this option.

I don’t know what to do. I could even sell the ‘91 XJ, but I wouldn’t recover much if I did that. My daughter who drives it isn’t into wheelin much, so I could gift her the white one. The Red one could go over to the boys. I could build the Rubi like I always dreamed, light and nimble, 32’s, full tuck, wouldn’t even have to change the 4.10’s.

This was just too good to pass up. I’m going crazy. Looks like a Jeep dealership over here. Neighbors are coming over and picking out the one they want.

It would be a lengthy process, but I'd switch all the parts from red, to khaki.. then you have tow stock jeeps for the twins, and the Rubicon flares you've been wanting for yourself..

and god damn, it really must be in the air! I've got a line on something I won't be passing up either...

wow, you've got quite the fleet over there now. Whatever else you end up doing, I'd lean towards keeping the red one, it was first, it has history, it's built very well, and nothing about that new hood sticker can change that

If you're optimizing for value, keep it stock and clean as you can. I met a guy recently selling off parts because it was more value stock than with all the mods...

More valuable dead stock, but with the mileage, you're not going to trigger the "collector" guys that pay the big bucks. Go to town, brother!

Glad to hear you went with 15" rims. 17" rims only look good on the JKs (due to the bigger wheel wells) in my opinion. In addition (as you found out) the tires are much more expensive for a 17" rim, which is one more reason I'd never go with 17" wheels.

Haha... Yeah, they're trying to make that Compass seem off-road ready, but anyone with half a brain knows that the Wrangler is the only Jeep that's going to be able to do anything more than maybe some light service roads.
