New TJ owner here in Triangle area NC (Raleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill). I have a few issues I'd like to take care of (some death wobble - getting worse - mainly going around curves) / 4H lever drops / etc).

Is anybody in the area that can recommend a 4x4 specific shop? I guess I could take it to a regular local auto shop - but I just figured a specialty shop would be better suited to diagnose issues on a lifted and modified Jeep.

Alternatively, there is a Jeep dealer not too far - anybody recommend going there?

Thanks for any recommendations!!

Find a good 4wheel drive shop, avoid a dealer if possible, and typically in turns it may mean the track bar can’t hold axle stability based on my experience , I had a right front upper control arm joint do that also...very fixable.

try a dry steer test b4 sending it anywhere that cost $ , might be spotted pretty easy and not to hard to fix at home.

Tarheel installed our BDS lift and is worth the drive. Great shop that takes pride in their craft. https://www.tarheel4wdcenter.com/

Hello from a fellow North Carolinian, just a heads up, as tempting as 4wheel parts on Glenwood may be, don't use them, they have horrid customer service.
if you have stuff you need help installing I LOVE working on jeeps so I would me happy to help out sometime, I live in Wake Forest

Good to know!! You will definitely be hearing from me — I'd love to pick your brain on some projects I want to do as well as get an idea of some good spots to visit with the Jeep. My family is new to the area (from Chicago) — so we are looking forward to exploring.

And let me know if you're ever working on something and need a second set of hands. I'd love to come help and learn. I'm in Chapel Hill.
