Savvy off-road sold? (the unofficial Savvy customer support and Savvy rant thread)

So I ordered a UAM kit with engine skid about 2 months ago

I was emailed 3 tracking numbers, I got 2 out 3 boxes - I am missing the UAM skid but recieved the engine skid and hardware.

The UAM skid tracking number just says "label created" and its been 10+ days of it not changing status.

What gives? They made the label but forgot to ship it? No response from savvy

Most of the irritation in this thread is why I run my business the way I do. Out of stock is out of stock. Don't keep selling products you cant put your hands on.

I totally get it that shit happens and not being able to keep up. But I will take customers that are grumpy because they cant order, over processed payments that I cant ship any day.

It has def darkened and clouded up on my world.

Y'all laugh, but there is some truth to my statement. I certainly wouldn't say the sky is falling, and I haven't lost any sleep up to this point, but I'm def not happy at the very real possibility of not being able to buy more of the products I have enjoyed in the past.

That said, if/when they stop producing parts for my jeep, I understand why, its a shrinking market.

I keep ignoring it for a week or so and inexplicably come back to see if it's had anything more useful than everyone's order status updates.

I'm more interested in the possible changes we've heard about, like RK making their arms and/or joints and other impacts to their supply chain which could actually improve things.
