I’ve noticed some TJ’s have a lad attached to the underside of the hood. The one I saw in person looked OEM. It was an LJR just like mike but an 05. I’m curious if it is effective and how it effects heat dissipation in our already too hot engine bays.

I should have done before pics but here's the after! One coat and it's super black and shiny. They were nice and dull before... ugly grey. I applied a coat last summer as well. It lasted about a year before becoming a little spotty.
