I shouldn't. My 2000 has California emissions on it so it has the 3 cats. The header is the same for the 2000-2006 TJ's.did you have to replace the header as well?

The only thing I can forsee being different is how the hanger on the third cat is. If it doesn't work, I'll just remove it completely.

Not when it's stainless. My welder won't do stainless and it's broke right now .Should be easy enough to cut and remount the hanger.

Oh I'm in Indiana and the Jeep was sold new here too. It was just an "option" on the 2000 model.Ya im just north of yah in bc canada, same bs emissions rules. although we dont have inspections for emissions anymore

Right?!?man...imagine choosing that option instead of the rear Dana 44 lol
That's all I could find that was different. On my 2000 also, the muffler was a slip joint and not a flange. I had to adapt the outlet on the third cat with a flange when I installed the Banks Monster car back. Now, once I get the new cats on, it will be 2.5" from the Y back. I don't expect much from it, but it will be nice knowing that it is.Looking at options online, it looks like the connection to the cat on the 00-03 is a flange and the 04-? Is maybe a clamp style. Hopefully if you're replacing it all it will work other thank figuring out the 3rd cat hanger. If that's all it is, I may just take it to a shop to add a straight piece to eliminate the 3rd cat.

Anyone ran the Holley kit long enough to tell if check engine light goes away?
