04 Rubicon Speedo off after Cluster Replacement

Hello,
I have a 2004 Rubicon. The odometer showed all eights so I replaced the cluster with one from ebay.
I believe the jeep had about 120,000 miles so I tried to find one that was close in miles. The replacement has about 122,000 miles.
Everything worked fine before the swap except for the odometer reading 8's.
After the swap everything works (including the odometer) except now the speedometer reads about 3x what my actual speed is.
Any help would be appreciated.

The Rubicon uses a completely different speed sensor than the other models. This may be the issue.

I'd take a look in the FSM under Resources and see if there is an explanation.
 
I'm betting there's a different instrument cluster used in the Rubicon or you were given the wrong model year cluster. They're not all interchangeable. I have a complete list of the various cluster part numbers in the 2004 Mopar parts guide, there are five different versions, but it's not showing which (if any) are specifically for the Rubicon. Here's the list, maybe someone can figure it out. I can normally figure it out but this one has me stumped on if one or two of them are specifically for the Rubicon.

From the FSM:

² Electronic Pinion Factor - The EMIC stores
the tire size, axle ratio, and transfer case type information
for use in calibrating the proper vehicle speed
and distance values for display by the speedometer
and odometer, as well as for use by other electronic
modules in the vehicle. The EMIC provides this
information when requested by other modules over
the PCI data bus. Changing the electronic pinion factor
settings of the EMIC requires the use of a
DRBIIIt scan tool. Refer to the appropriate diagnostic
information.
 
Hopefully someone can divine the correct p/n for a 2004 Rubicon cluster from either the information above or from elsewhere.
 
I just checked the p/n on the clusters.
The cluster I took out had p/n 56047016AE which is the first one on your list.
The replacement cluster has the same p/n.
Now what?
 
It needs to be programmed as described above.

Did you try the lockers with the one you have? I don't know if they would be programmed either.
