Did you really have to cut out that much of the frame just to mount the shocks? Looking a bit weak back there now. And what made you go with leaf springs in the back?

I'm trying to wrap my head around these two things.

Well when I get the $ I'll link the back and run coil overs, so just making reservations in have ehough clearance. I went leafs cuz nobody does it and I like to be different. So far it it has preformed great. I've got a few $100 in the stretch compared to a few $1000.

Winch was givin to me buy my wife's boss. Last Year I was VP of my local jeep club, this year I'm prezz. But she had won it in our yearly jeep show. Long story she didn't or it in and then bought a jku with a warn zeon. So it ended in my hands .

I just got the same winch but with synthetic for free also! I let a friend use my winch/jeep to get himself unstuck while I was tending to a badly sprained ankle and he let the cable spool up to much on one side of my old winch.

I really wasn't even mad about the old one since I was planning to get something else soon. A week after our trip I got a 70 pound box in the mail with a winch in it. I love jeep people.
