2026 EJS Moab - Everyone Going 3/30 - 4/4

We don't have an "Events" thread in the forum so I thought it would be cool to start one for EJS this year. This is for anyone going or thinking about going.

By the way... If you're like me and your Jeep is under the knife... as of today Feb-4rth... We have 52 days until departure day... I set as Saturday 3/28.

Would be cool to shake a hand or two if you're out there! Maybe even wheel together.

Heading west on 3/25 and will be on the trails from Friday till Easter Sunday.

- Friday: Lost World & Fins-n-Things to get feet wet
- Saturday: Elephant Hill
- Sunday: Hells Revenge
- Monday: Poison Spyder + Where Eagles Dare
- Tuesday: Wipe-Out Hill
- Wednesday: Steel Bender
- Thursday: Golden Spike
- Friday: Top of the World
- Saturday: Metal Masher
- Sunday: Long Drive Home

Might have bit off more than I can chew in addition to this being my first time going to EJS but what the heck!!

Luckily, all I need to do is break-in my Black Magic Brakes and will be good to go.

FYI, it's not much but Sand Flats has a fee. It's pretty easy to pair up Hells and Fins in the same day because they are right next to each other in that park.

I thought about that but this will be my first time doing Hells and signed up for the full monty so not sure how well my nerves will be after the trail (LOL!!). I think the fee is like $10 but can't remember if that was for only one day or like a 3 day. i did Fins last year but it was in a rental and didn't want to pay the extra to be able to do Hells.

Lol... that's not nerves... that's adrenalin...! You have to be careful... that's the addictive part! Woot Woot!!

Ben is bailing on the LJ and bringing the 392, and Ed already decided on the JL. So I’m the last chance at an LJ from our group. Recruited one more today from our Rubicon group, he’s upgraded to a AMW 707 hellcat JL.

Ha, ends up a similar crew to our Rubicon trip last year, and the boys aren't scared of body damage. Ben's 392 is caged on tons and 42s, the AMW has Dynatrac 60/80 on 40s.

Current plan is Pritchett Monday.
