5-Channel Amp Mounting Locations?

In my center console I installed an 8" Ground Zero mid woofer, and I also have a removable box in the cargo area that holds two 10" woofers.

The Kicker 6.75" is a great sub, good price, fits and pounds for it size. I would recommend that one all day long to an owner of a TJ that wants a simple and good sub upgrade. That with your four Skars will be a solid set-up.

If you are thinking of another direction ask away.
What mods did you have to do to install the 8" sub?

That thing is a beast! Has like 7l engine and like 400+ HP. Do you use it for work as well?

I always wanted to get into an early 2000s Ram 1500 SRT10, looked like a lot of fun.
Nope not needed for work. Hauling the Jeep, quads and anything that fits in the bed.

7.3 430 HP 475 lbft, 10 speed transmission

Been test driving but haven’t pulled the trigger.

I have a Tuffy center console and the box was too difficult for me to make because it had to be a specific size. My audio guy made it for me. You could fit a Kicker 8" in there though. You have to carve up the OEM sub box though. It should fit as I saw one for sale. See below.

This my box. It had to be a very specific size.

This is a link to a guy who was selling an 8" Kicker in the stock center console. You should be able to visualize how he did it once you see the picture.

Damn, 10 speed tranny, wow. Didn't realize that they had that. Been a while since I had a Ram 1500 with 8 speed

That appears to be a fun car for towing stuff, and I expected to read snowmobiles where you are. Probably some fun trails up there.

Prefer to rent snowmobiles.

So you have the soundstream nano amp?

I have a Jeep itch and went through many iterations of an audio build. I have a 4 channel Soundstream amp, link below, and also an also an 8 channel amplifer - all-in using 9 speakers and using 11 amplified channels. This Soundstream powers my dual 10" subs, each sub has a dual voice coil so I run two channels to each speaker, so four channels in total.
