Adding 1" MML then in Spring doing tummy tuck?

Maybe a silly question where I am over thinking it. I have the MORE torsion 1" mounts that I am installing along with the savvy body lift. If I install the rubber mounts then in the spring change the driveline angle by doing a tummy tuck, will the rubber mounts have "settled" into the old driveline angle and cause problems with the higher driveline after the tt?

The PO had an old teraflex kit with the transfer case drop and I am pulling everything out and starting fresh.

Not at all, you'll be just fine. You're definitely over-thinking it.

I did the MML four years before the Savvy tummy tuck. You'll be fine with your plan.
