Looking at my wiring under the dash! Wish I hadn't. There's several wires that have been cut and spliced, Anyway, Would it be prudent to check the wiring from the PCM to the servo 1st and make sure I have continuity? As I'm looking at the front of my Jeep, the PCM is C3 C2 C1. Where would I check the continuity for the ground? From the C32 pin (RD-LG Red and light green stripe? to the clock spring of the same color? Trying to understand what I'm doing and how this all works.
Airbag light is on and cruise control and horn do not work

Quick update: My horn decided to spontaneously active on its own in the driveway this morning. It's been raining quite a bit and is very humid. After some research, I believe the clock spring got damp. Looks like its leaking in on the passenger side behind the valve cover, where the cowl enters the firewall. It's wet around the the top. I just happen to have a catch basin in the passenger floor board. Time to hunt this leak down.
Found the leak. The air intake under the cowl was plugged up and causing water to enter, Got that fixed. Now to tackle the cruise control.
UPDATE - I have checked all the pins and plugs for continuity and still no engagement. My dash cluster doesn't have the cruise control sign on it or the symbol. I'm wondering If I need to go get one from pullapart? The servo also holds vacuum and no vacuum leaks on the Jeep. Could this be the missing piece to the puzzle?
UPDATE - IT WORKS!
Been dealing with some other issues and finally got around to doing more research, I started by replacing all my vacuum lines and valves (still didn't work but fixed the recirculating air issue inside the jeep). I started testing major components and got to the brake switch on the brake pedal. Took it out and tested it and found out that pin 1 and 2 were open and 3 and 4 tested good with the plunger pressed in. I replaced the switch and took it for a test drive. IT WORKED!
The brake switch was the culprit. I now have cruise, horn and NO airbag light.
