This school spends 1/3 per student what the Blue cities spend... keep that in mind while you watch it.
That's a few million cubic feet of natural gas a minute leaking out of a blown up pipeline of the German coast.
Who blew it up? My guess is that we did. What's interesting is that 5 countries said they were investigating who did it and not one has said a thing. Oh... I forgot... all 5 are NATO countries.
