I work & live around a ton of Mormons who have nothing good to say about this guy. They don't agree with anything he's done. He's not from UT, has never had anything to do with UT until Hatch retired, the general sentiment from the working-class LDS guys I associate with is not positive at all. They feel like he made a beeline for UT to leverage his connections to the LDS church & stay in power.
