I have seen something similar here in the wild... 3/4 ton Dodge with a gooseneck camper trailer hooked up to a flipped over 8" drop hitch..
This was actually a live action photo from the Capital Building, not the old worn out meme.
Although to be honest, no one was close enough to hear the actual conversation. Sperm speak with very low voices, hard to discern.
Oh... all this new-fangled surveillance equipment these days..... One of my old girlfriends used to tell me about those low voices...
