It's a bad situation all around. Several credible sources are saying looting and robbery have picked up over the last two days throughout the region. they're suggestion some is out of desperation, some out of opportunity. If you know anything about Asheville, there has been a significant homeless, drug addict population up the for the last 15 years. Like there were certain areas where I wouldn't stop at signs or lights. I can't help but wonder what has happened to those people.
I did a project in Swannanoa a couple years ago and stayed in Asheville. Seemed very progressive. I enjoyed the pinball museum.
