No idea, I haven't been in the area. I keep hearing they have basically shut down access west of Hickory. I'm actually supposed to go to Hickory today, so maybe I'll see something.

Just to follow up, I was in Hickory yesterday, I ran I-40 like normal. On my way in I passed several civilian vehicles with obvious supplies and equipment, probably a dozen linemen trucks, and about a dozen NG vehicles and equipment all headed into the mountains. On my way home, I passed a two NG fuel tankers headed out, probably to refuel, and a few linemen crews headed out. Hickory didn't seem to get any more damage that I did, maybe a little extra water running the river.
