yea but think how much money it's saved the electric companies ! They sold us on the idea of how much it was going to save us by using less electric, however they raised the price so they charged us more for said power. now not only is your electric bill higher but your paying more for the light bulbs ! WHO IS GETTING SCREWED ? And just wait until they get us all to drive electric cars, YOU AIN'T SEEN NOTHING YET !!!!!!

How much is the permit? PA has required a permit for canoes and kayaks for a long time. Powered boat permits are more. Kayaks are <$20/year. Initially, you only needed a permit if you launched from a state owned property, but they changed it to include anyone using waters of the commonwealth.
