I think I'd be looking into hydronic heat for the pool, and solar for the pond/pool pumps, and maybe a heat pump for the house (if you don't already have that) that turns double duty heater in the winter air cooler in the summer.

I got a $51,000 solar quote that would lower my bill 36% translates to a 11-12 year payback. I will be long gone by then....I hope
