I got a new samsung phone (Don't tell Zorba) I don't know why it does that.
It's part of their operating system. You can disable it, but I'm not sure if you can delete the app or not. My S21 Ultra keeps asking me if I want to enable mine... NOPE!!!

I remember that story, I had just moved to Idaho before that happened, some friends told me about it.
