This has been out there a while. Lahaina was already essentially a 15 minute city.... now... a bunch of the ultra wealthy wanting the land is another thing. I can see that 100%. The lack of government attention is the part that's got me puzzled.... typically the resorts get the most attention from FEMA but this time it's crickets....
