Center lane campers are piss and moan thread material.
That's the best place to be. That way you're not held up by the idiots in the slow lane, and the maniacs in the fast lane can pass you - plus you have more options if you need to change lanes yourself!

And you fuck up the entire flow of the road.
The whole problem with this premise is, it is entirely dependent on the right lane dwellers actually doing the speed limit.
If someone's not going the speed limit, that forces those doing the speed limit jump out into the 5 to 10 over lane (heaven forbid they speed up to merge left and brake the speed limit) and the cascade begins. The Sea of BRAKE LIGHTS
The other issue is the Dale Earnhardt wannabes out there in the NASCAR lane seem to think it's perfectly alright to wait until the very last second to attempt getting to their exit, most of the time cutting off both other lanes while having to slam on their brakes to avoid missing their exit....

Lately in the Atlanta area there seems to be a glut of drivers in the left lane that seem to think it is desired to perfectly match the pace of the right lane.
I am seeing this all the time lately when I get on the highway.
When a gap finally appears and a motorcade of people switch to the right lane to roar past, they still stay camped in the left lane.
