In looking at this it's evident that COVID make "community involvement" drop and inflation has made money more important (student loans, housing etc.). Patriotism is the one that's never defined. I'm not a "Patriot" if it means supporting our military involvements over the last 80 years. I love the country but detest the leadership in this regard. I'm a Patriot of the original idea... The left defines Patriotism as nationalism and that's it. Having children is not easy financially for those at the ages to do it. Religion's drop isn't alarming as most of the things we see associated with Religion have little to do with the faith IMHO... and people can see that.

Not surprised by this at all.
 
Another reason to stay away from California. Golden State's average at the pump surged by $0.23 to $5.27 per gallon on Friday from a week ago, according to AAA data. Meanwhile, the nationwide average sat at $3.54 per gallon on Friday, up $0.04 during the same period.

$3.21 a gallon here.
