It needs to go back to what it was originally. They had no salary and only received per diem while they were in session.
Cycle of life for a politician... give money to a country for a reason that I can leverage the electorates emotion on.... then receive money back to keep me thinking of ways to keep pulling at the electorates emotion.
Emotion overrules reason just about every time.

You gotta love the intersection of math and emotion.
The money isn't for the Ukraine directly.... it's for the defense industry to replenish old weapons we've given them. The ones who approved that money don't care about the mounting deaths by young Ukrainian men.... the more that country loses the larger the opportunities to rebuild are....
I delivered pizza for a local pizza place when I was in HS. Delivery drivers see some crazy chit... trust me!!!
