I remember this... there is a memo she wrote about getting the money intended for public schools and using it for sancuary cities as well as part of the larger effort. It had nothing to do with school.... rather Federal Transfers to States.... which is one of the things that neither party will ever talk about.
Words matter... that's a mantra of left... along with "who do you read?", what degrees to you have and so on... It's their little self fulfilling bubble where the group think isn't challenged.
