Shortly after we were directed from on high to "go agile" (we didn't really), my buddy got tired of the software leads telling people during development meetings- "that doesn't apply anymore. We're using agile processes." He got so irritated, he looked up what it takes to become a scrum master, note, he's smart as hell and works like a slave, but has no degree, not even a high school diploma.
He found out there was a free class and test for veterans and took it.
He added the certificate to his personnel folder and had himself assigned as scrum master for several projects just to fuck with software.
The sprint meetings were glorious!
Don't fuck with a smart veteran with time on his hands.
