Calfire isn't a contractor. Its a government entity

Calfire doesn't have much in the line of air attack (maybe a dozen or so type 2 and 3 helos), most of what you see in the air is contractor. Plus Calfire isn't controlled by the US guberment. As of right now and until the dumbfucks get their heads out of their asses Newscum controls Calfire's resources.
