Anybody up for a random meme dump?

Three years ago I lived twelve miles from the Frito lay plant. Twenty miles from Jack Daniels brewery. Depending on the wind I either smelled potatoes cooking or whiskey brewing. Stayed hungry and thirsty all day long🤣

Several miles away from here, I'm guessing 15 or so, is a proteins rendering plant.

We don't smell it here, but if you drive down the road and the wind is right you will smell it.

I absolutely cannot imagine what it would be like smelling that all the time.

The smell most certainly doesn't make you hungry 🤢

There was a papermill in Westbrook, Maine the smell was awful if the wind blew in the right direction we could smell it.

The people who lived near the plant tried to force them to buy expensive equipment to reduce the smell. They would hold protests etc. Then one day they announced they were closing. The same people who were protesting were bitching about all the money and jobs the city was going to lose.
